A bank's loan officer can only offer that bank's products and pricing. We can shop the market, and we're small enough that you work directly with an experienced loan officer from application to closing. That combination is how we deliver strong rates, low costs and straight answers.
It also makes us fast. Big banks commonly plan on 30 days or more to close. We routinely close purchases in as little as 10 to 14 days, and when everyone responds quickly, most of our loans are clear to close within about two weeks — an edge that can help your offer win.
