About Greg
Greg began his career as a mortgage loan officer in 1991 and owned his own firm, McKim Mortgage, from 2001 to 2010. He served as the 2010 King County Chapter President of the National Association of Mortgage Brokers and has been a certified instructor in mortgage ethics and law. He is also a licensed real estate broker.
Condominiums are a specialty. Greg has 20 years of HOA board experience, including serving as president of an 88-home community, and has owned and lived in condominiums since 1989. He knows budgets, reserve studies and the project reviews lenders require, which helps condo buyers avoid surprises.
His earlier career includes work as a licensed securities broker, registered investment advisor and insurance agent, and as a carpenter for a custom home builder. Greg grew up in Bothell, attended Shoreline Community College and Western Washington State College, and lives near Lake Sammamish.
