About Rick
Rick has more than 30 years in mortgage lending and is LoanZilla's resident expert on loan strategy. He guides his own clients and works with every LoanZilla loan officer on structuring loans and getting past obstacles on tough files.
His background also includes real estate development and commercial investment, so he understands the transaction from the owner's side as well as the lender's.
